Job summary

Addus HomeCare is seeking a Scheduling Supervisor to coordinate in-home care workers and clients across a defined geographic area. The role emphasizes reliable supervision and ensuring care plans are followed while fostering a compassionate team environment.

You will manage weekly payroll for caregivers, produce operation reports, and adjust schedules as client needs change, while upholding company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of in-home care industry experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage employee scheduling to align with client care plans.
• Oversee weekly payroll processing for caregivers with accuracy.
• Generate weekly reports to support operations and decisions.
• Adapt schedules in response to client needs, absences, or vacations.
• Provide leadership and enforce company policies and quality standards.
