Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our home-based treatment team working with children aged 2–15 in New Jersey. You will implement individualized behavioral plans under BCBA supervision, collecting data and supporting families to carry out strategies.

We offer flexible part-time hours, paid training, and a supportive, team-oriented environment. Candidates should have a passion for helping children with autism and reliable transportation to assigned locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities as needed to keep pace with children.
