Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians to join our home-based treatment team in New York. You will work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of BCBA professionals.

Flexible part-time/evening hours and paid training are provided; you'll help implement individualized plans, collect progress data, and support families in the therapy process. This role offers meaningful, family-facing work and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities as needed to engage children.
