Attain Behavioral Health is seeking a Group Facilitator to lead Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) groups in our partner nursing homes. You will guide sessions, support emotional wellness, and tailor activities for older adults.

The role requires LSW or LPC or equivalent Ohio credential, plus experience with behavioral health groups and older adults. You should be able to work independently at off-site facilities with reliable transportation. CEU support offered, mileage reimbursement.

Formación

• Must hold LSW, LPC, or equivalent Ohio behavioral health credential.
• Experience facilitating behavioral health or substance-use groups.
• Experience with older adults, long-term care, or medically complex populations preferred.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and patient connection.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate TBS groups supporting emotional health, coping skills, and quality of life for residents.
• Adapt content for older adults with cognitive or medical needs.
• Collaborate with facility staff and on-site clinical team for consistent care.
• Complete documentation including group notes and Medicaid paperwork on time.
• Encourage participation, foster connection, and maintain a safe group environment.
• Participate in supervision and professional development within the team.
