Job summary

Everstory Partners in the United States, Virginia, Winchester, is seeking a Sales Counselor to assist families with funeral selections and to sell pre-need and at-need services and merchandise. You will generate leads through walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive prospecting, while supporting families through a sensitive process.

The position offers first-year earnings from $40,000 to $60,000, plus uncapped commissions and 18.00 per hour training pay for six weeks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional related education preferred in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
• Experience with a CRM/lead management system preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed.
