The CenterWell Senior Primary Care Field Sales Professional will enroll new patients, generate leads through grassroots events and community partnerships, and nurture leads through conversion. The role emphasizes helping seniors access value-based care and improving health outcomes.

We seek candidates with exceptional communication skills, a proven track record in field sales or grassroots marketing, and knowledge of senior care market dynamics; a valid driver’s license is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years sales experience.
• Proven field sales or grassroots marketing success; ideally with senior value-based care models or Medicare Advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of senior healthcare market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage diverse stakeholders including seniors, caregivers, and licensed agents.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to close sales.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage seniors through grassroots marketing and community partnerships to generate new prospective patients.
• Present value-based care model emphasizing a unique value proposition to improve health outcomes.
• Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads and opportunities; ensure timely follow-up and progression through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and deliver seamless experiences for current and prospective patients.
• Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities; adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on sales activities, lead funnel management, and market insights.
