CenterWell in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Field Sales Professional to enroll new patients, generate leads through grassroots events, and nurture relationships with community partners. You will host community events that introduce our brand and model of care, supporting seniors with access to primary care services.

The role requires 3+ years in sales, CRM experience (Salesforce), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualificações

• 3+ years’ experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience selling in healthcare environments and understanding dynamic healthcare settings.
• Experience using a CRM (e.g. Salesforce) to track leads and outcomes.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage community events daily, independently or with brokers, to introduce our brand and tell our story.
• Sign seniors up for appointments or capture information to build a base of prospective patients; follow up to close.
• Build lasting relationships with community partners and faith-based organizations.
• Host health and well-being and social events at primary care centers and virtually.
• Lead tours of centers for prospective patients as needed.
• Document all interactions with prospects in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with marketing to document events and create promotional content.
• Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
