Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of field sales experience, strong communication, and CRM proficiency. This role is on-site, with possible evenings/weekends and a bonus incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of sales experience.
• Proven track record in field sales or grassroots marketing; senior care/Medicare focus preferred.
• Knowledge of senior healthcare market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to close sales.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and organized to meet targets.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office; valid driver's license with insurance.
• Field-based, not remote; may require evenings or weekends.
