Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Ability to document interactions and manage leads in a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage community events to introduce CenterWell Senior Primary Care and generate leads.
• Sign seniors up for appointments or capture information to build a prospective patient base.
• Build lasting relationships with community partners and health plan brokers.
• Host health and well-being events at centers or in the community and guide tours for prospective patients.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce and collaborate with marketing for compliant promotions.
• Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
