Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks a Field Sales Professional to enroll new patients and generate leads through grassroots events across the DFW area. You will nurture leads through the sales cycle, emphasizing our value-based care, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in field sales or grassroots marketing, with strong communication and a track record of closing deals in the senior healthcare market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years sales experience.
• Proven track record of success in field sales or grassroots marketing; ideally field sales with senior value-based care or Medicare Advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of senior healthcare market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders (seniors, caregivers, agents).
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to understand client needs, propose solutions, and close sales.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a drive to exceed targets.
• Strong time management and organization to meet deadlines and targets.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance (100,000/300,000/100,000).
• Field sales, not work from home; may require evenings or weekends.
