Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in social work, customer service or data entry.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication.
• Solid understanding of local community services.

Responsibilities

• Performs data entry functions related to assigned caseload.
• Stays current with new policy changes & updates for use in case management.
• Maintains accurate and complete records on all cases.
• Links parents and providers to other CCS and YWCA programs for additional support.
• Maintain compliance with processing paperwork, phone calls, emails and reports that are required to be submitted.
• Preserves confidentiality of program, client, and provider information.
• Participates in staff meetings, working to uphold the mission of CCS and the YWCA.
• Participates in continuing education activities.
• Communicates with impartiality and respect for all parents'/guardians' child care choices.
• Speaks to the purpose and services of the program.
• Responds with sensitivity to families' socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic and religious backgrounds, individual needs and capabilities.
• Performs other duties as required by CCAP Supervisor, Director and CEO
