Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience in social work, customer service, data entry, or related field.
• Proficiency with computer and various software packages.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds, sit, stand, bend, and twist.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
• Current Illinois driver's license and valid vehicle insurance.
• Willingness to complete and maintain required certifications annually.
