Job summary

ChildCareGroup is seeking an Eligibility Specialist II to determine eligibility for childcare services and guide families through the enrollment process. You will handle income calculations, document management, and case coordination with state systems.

The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work with confidential information in a fast-paced environment. Local travel may be required, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor degree preferred.
• Experience in determining eligibility and working with customers is a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook; able to learn TWIST and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Determines eligibility and maintains all eligibility records for case files.
• Performs calculations to determine household income and parent share of cost.
• Adheres to policies and determines eligibility based on confidential docs; discontinue services when needed.
