All About Caring Home Care LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide 1:1 support in structured home environments. You will assist with ADLs, help build independence, monitor health, and maintain detailed SOAP notes.

Ideal candidates have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to follow structured service plans; DHS NetStudy 2.0 background check required. Evening, weekend, or awake overnight shifts may be needed.

Competenze

Must be 18 years or older.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to provide hands-on care.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to follow structured service plans.
Professional boundaries and reliability required.
Must pass DHS NetStudy 2.0 background check.

Mansioni

Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs (dressing, hygiene, toileting, mobility, meals)
Support structured daily routines and independence goals
Monitor health, seizure activity, and behavioral changes (as assigned)
Implement positive support and de-escalation strategies
Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks
Support community participation and transportation needs
Complete accurate and timely SOAP documentation
Follow incident reporting and emergency protocols
