Job summary

All About Caring Home Care LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide 1:1 support in structured home environments. Clients range from low-support PCA-style care to intensive placements requiring advanced competency.

DSPs must stay engaged with structured service plans, perform ADL assistance, monitor health and behavior, document accurately, and be available for awake overnight shifts when assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to provide hands-on care and follow structured service plans.
• Pass DHS NetStudy 2.0 background check.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on ADL assistance (dressing, hygiene, mobility, meals).
• Support structured daily routines and independence goals.
• Monitor health, seizure activity, and behavioral changes.
• Implement positive support and de-escalation strategies.
• Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks.
• Support community participation and transportation needs.
• Complete accurate SOAP documentation.
• Follow incident reporting and emergency protocols.
