Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; certified as phlebotomist, donor processor, plasma processor, and designated trainer.
• Typically requires 4 years of related experience in phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing with proficiency to handle difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise donor flow and production staff in the plasma center.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP SOPs.
• Maintain documentation and records to high standards.
• Train new employees and retrain current staff.
• Coordinate with Center Manager to uphold quality and donor satisfaction.
