Job summary

Easterseals Goodwill ND, Inc. (ESGWND) seeks a Program Coordinator to coordinate programs and services and oversee the program and billing process as directed by the Regional Director.

This role supports individuals and families in North Dakota, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure service quality and compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• One year of experience in working directly with people with developmental disabilities.
• Become a certified QDDP (Qualified Developmental Disability Professional) by following MSU Developmental Disabilities certification.
• CPR and First Aid or Therapeutic Responses certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate to oversee programs and billing processes as directed by the Regional Director.
• Work with the interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and monitor Overall Service Plans for individuals served.
• Assist people with state/federal paperwork and housing documents as needed.
• Train and supervise staff, ensure staff documentation and compliance with HR guidelines.
• Maintain health, safety, confidentiality, and professional standards in service delivery.
