Job summary

Easter Seals Goodwill North Dakota (ESGWND) seeks a Program Coordinator to coordinate programs and services under the Regional Director. The role oversees program operations and billing, ensuring services align with plans and client goals.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, support individuals and families, manage documentation, and supervise DSPs/ESPs. Must hold a Bachelor's in human services, plus QDDP and CPR/First Aid certifications; at least one year experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in the human service field or related.
• One year of experience in working directly with people with developmental disabilities.
• Become a certified QDDP (Qualified Developmental Disability Professional).
• CPR and First Aid certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programs and services under the Regional Director.
• Oversee program operations and billing processes.
• Lead interdisciplinary team to plan and implement services.
• Train and supervise DSPs/ESPs; maintain documentation.
• Ensure health, safety and HIPAA confidentiality compliance.
• Assist with state/federal paperwork and housing documents as needed.
