Job summary

Easter Seals Goodwill North Dakota, Inc. (ESGWND) seeks a Program Coordinator to coordinate programs and services under the Regional Director. You will oversee program and billing processes and work with an interdisciplinary team to support individuals with disabilities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field, at least one year of related experience, and QDDP as well as CPR/First Aid certifications. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human service field or related.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• QDDP certification and CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programs and services for ESGWND under the Regional Director.
• Prepare planning documents and Overall Service Plans with the team.
• Oversee program and billing processes for ESGWND.
• Train, supervise DSPs/ESPs and handle payroll per HR guidelines.
