Job summary

Easter Seals Goodwill North Dakota is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee programs and billing for ESGWND. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to support individuals and families in North Dakota.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, experience with developmental disabilities, and certifications in CPR/First Aid and QDDP. This role entails staff supervision, policy adherence, and program development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in the human service field or related.
• One year of experience working directly with people with developmental disabilities.
• Certified QDDP (Qualified Developmental Disability Professional).
• CPR and First Aid certification (or Therapeutic Responses).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program and billing processes for ESGWNDND.
• Prepare and participate in Overall Service Plans with the team.
• Supervise DSPs/ESPs and manage payroll accuracy.
