Job summary

Easterseals Goodwill ND, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to coordinate programs and services under the Regional Director. The role oversees program operations, billing, and service planning while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

You will work with Direct Reports and interdisciplinary teams to support individuals and families across North Dakota, handling documentation, care coordination, and community services access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in the human service field or related.
• One year of experience in working directly with people with developmental disabilities.
• Become a certified QDDP (Qualified Developmental Disability Professional).
• CPR and First Aid certification or Therapeutic Responses through Positive Behavior Support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the programs and services of ESGWND as directed by the Regional Director.
• Oversee all aspects of the program and billing process.
• Prepare and participate in Overall Service Plans and assessments.
• Assist people supported in ESGWND services with state/federal paperwork and housing documents.
• Ensure health, safety, and confidentiality standards are maintained.
