Job summary

Easterseals Goodwill North Dakota is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee program operations and billing as directed by the Regional Director. This role coordinates plans, supports individuals and families, and ensures health, safety, and community engagement.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a human service field, 1 year of relevant experience, and CPR/First Aid or Therapeutic Responses certification. Travel within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human service field or related. Preference for psychology, social work, education or gerontology.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Certified QDDP (Qualified Developmental Disability Professional).
• CPR and First Aid or Therapeutic Responses certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program services and billing for ESGWNDND as directed by Regional Director.
• Prepare and participate in Overall Service Plans and assessments.
• Supervise DSPs/ESPs and ensure staff training and HR compliance.
• Assist clients with finances, housing, transport, and community involvement.
• Ensure health, safety, medication management, and documentation.
