Job summary

Easterseals Goodwill ND, Inc. in North Dakota seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee program services and billing, coordinate overall service plans, and support individuals and families through the care continuum.

You will lead a team of DSPs and ESPs, ensure compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to promote independence and health outcomes. This full-time exempt role requires a bachelor's degree in human services and a year of direct care

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field preferred.
One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
QDDP certification pursued or completed per MSU Developmental Disabilities schedule.
CPR and First Aid certification or Therapeutic Responses required or pursued.

Responsibilities

Coordinate program services and billing per service plans.
Assist in planning Overall Service Plans with the team and document outcomes.
Support individuals in finances, housing, transportation, and community participation.
Provide supervision and training to DSPs/ESPs; schedule staff and ensure HR compliance.
Ensure health and safety standards; monitor and document health information and medications.
