Job summary

Amivie, LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health and substance use challenges. You will assist with ADLs, skill building, and community integration, while maintaining professional, positive relationships and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Shifts are Monday–Friday 3:30pm-8:30pm. Candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must successfully complete all background checks
• TB screening (may vary by state)

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with goal completion per the individualized support plan.
• Provide ADL assistance per person-centered plan.
• Safely transport individuals in company or personal vehicles.
• Complete all required documentation in the EHR.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional boundaries.
