Job summary

Numotion, North America’s largest mobility provider, is seeking a Customer Care professional to support Windsor, Colorado (and Casper, Wyoming) clients. You will handle new equipment requests, verify funding, and coordinate timely service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.

Role emphasizes accurate data entry, responsive service, scheduling, and adherence to policies while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers with new equipment requests and maintains accurate data in the order processing system.
• Verifies insurance/funding eligibility and communicates financial responsibilities to customers.
• Enters orders and progresses them through completion in the processing system.
• Responds to inquiries and complaints in a timely manner to improve customer satisfaction.
• Coordinates scheduling of service technicians for evaluations and adjustments.
• Adheres to productivity and performance standards and supports department initiatives.
• Uses Numotion Leadership Principles and maintains confidentiality and compliance.
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
