Job summary

Numotion is seeking a customer service professional to receive and process new equipment requests, verify insurance and funding eligibility, and coordinate timely service delivery. You will enter orders in the processing system, respond to inquiries, and work with staff to resolve issues efficiently.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers with new equipment requests, obtains demographics, enters and maintains data in the order processing system.
• Verifies insurance/funding eligibility and communicates financial responsibility to customers.
• Enters orders into the order processing system and ensures intake steps are completed.
• Responds to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to improve satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Resolves issues without transfers and de-escalates customers when possible.
• Coordinates scheduling of ATPs and seating technicians for evaluations and adjustments requests.
• Meets productivity and performance standards.
• Participates in New Equipment department initiatives to improve results.
• Adheres to Numotion policies and confidentiality; provides excellent customer service.
