Job summary

Numotion, North America’s largest provider of mobility products and services, seeks a Customer Care Coordinator-Order Experience I to support order flow and customer interactions. You will receive new equipment requests, verify demographics, and ensure data accuracy in the order processing system, moving orders to completion.

Responsibilities include verifying insurance eligibility, communicating financial responsibilities, and coordinating scheduling with ATPs and seating technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new equipment requests and gather demographics.
• Verify insurance/funding eligibility and explain financial responsibilities.
• Enter orders accurately in the order processing system.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to improve satisfaction.
• Coordinate scheduling of ATPs and seating technicians.
• Meet productivity and performance standards.
• Support New Equipment department initiatives.
