Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, School or Educational Psychology, Counseling and Guidance, Counseling Psychology or Social Work preferred.
• Completed 3000 hours of supervised clinical experience preferred.
• Licensure boards: Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Professional Counselors preferred.
• CCS/Mental Health Professional credentials per WI DHS 36.10 preferred.
• Substance abuse credentials (SAC) preferred; CCS case management experience preferred.
• 2+ years case management experience with adults and/or youth; CCS experience preferred.
• 1+ year supervision experience with increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program personnel, provide orientation and training, plan work assignments, and evaluate staff performance.
• Maintain credentialing status to ensure compliance with contracts and regulations.
• Ensure consumer confidentiality and maintain documentation in compliance with requirements.
• Represent JFS to Milwaukee County, funding sources, and regulatory agencies; liaise with contractors.
• Monitor documentation, reporting, and service delivery per contracts and agreements.
• Act as CCS Mental Health/Substance Abuse Professional when qualified.
• Oversee database systems and consumer records in compliance with requirements.
• Monitor billing eligibility for CCS consumers in line with Medicaid expectations.
• Coordinate community programming at housing properties and local locations; manage schedules and events.
