Wisconsin Community Services, Inc. in Milwaukee is seeking a Supervisor - Dual CCS/CLTS to lead a team of 8–12 Care Coordinators serving youth with developmental, physical, behavioral health, and/or mental health needs.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, building relationships, and delivering high-quality, person-centered services in a mixed office/remote/community setting. Expect about 40 hours weekly and strong regional partnerships.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or associate degree in human services or related field plus 1 year CCS/CLTS experience
• Alternative degree with 4 years of experience including 1 year CCS/CLTS
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills

Mansioni

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 8–12 Care Coordinators
• Champion family-centered, trauma-informed, strength-based care
• Oversee CCS and CLTS services and support staff with complex cases
• Train and onboard new Care Coordinators
• Monitor documentation, service utilization, authorizations, progress notes, and reviews
• Conduct quality assurance audits and ensure compliance with requirements
• Maintain partnerships with Milwaukee County CCS/CYFS, WraparoundMilwaukee, families, and community providers
• Participate in program meetings, quality improvement, and external audits
• Provide Care Coordinator coverage when needed
