• Coordinate ordering and receipt of appraisals, title work, insurance evidence, lien searches, and other closing items.
• Assist with monitoring loan maturity and past-due payment reports; contact customers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and bank policies; participate in required training.
