Job summary

NBH Bank in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant Banking Center Manager to lead a customer-focused team and deliver exceptional service across deposits, digital solutions and everyday banking needs.

You will train and coach staff, manage key relationships with clients and partners, ensure compliance with regulations, and participate in a scorecard-based incentive plan while pursuing opportunities for advancement within NBH Bank.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Associate's degree or equivalent; driving license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.
• Desired Skills include: bilingual language skills, ability to educate clients on banking products and digital solutions, strong work ethic, ability to multitask and work with multiple computer systems.
