Job summary

NBH Bank in Dallas, TX is seeking a Junior Mortgage Banker to support Mortgage Bankers in processing and underwriting loan applications and to develop referral relationships with real estate agents and builders.

You will coordinate with Processors, Underwriters and third parties, maintain compliance with lending regulations, and strive to provide exceptional client service throughout the loan process. Expect a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of mortgage experience.
• Valid driver's license and driving history that meets Bank's standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support Mortgage Bankers in managing and processing loan applications.
• Coordinate and communicate progress among applicants, Mortgage Bankers, Processors and Underwriters.
• Clear and submit conditions with Processors, Underwriters and Mortgage Bankers; coordinate closings with customers and third parties.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, co-workers and external partners.
• Maintain compliance with lending regulations and bank policies.
