Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a Change Analyst to coordinate and execute change initiatives in line with organizational goals. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive improvements in change management.

The ideal candidate collaborates with cross-functional teams to assess impact, manage risks, and ensure changes are approved and communicated with minimal disruption. ITIL experience is preferred and global stakeholder engagement is expected.

Qualifications

• ITIL Change Mgmt experience (5–8 years)
• Experience with project management or related execution roles
• Experience with ticketing systems and change management tools
• Experience working with multicultural teams in diverse locations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate change requests, ensure proper recording, categorization and prioritization
• Assess impact, risk and scope with technical teams and formulate implementation plans
• Communicate changes clearly to all stakeholders and provide training materials if needed
• Document processes, standards and guidelines; identify inefficiencies and drive improvements
• Monitor change outcomes, track status and present insights to leadership
• Demonstrate IT/technical and analytical skills and ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences
