• Role: Change Management Analyst / Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and process optimization.
• Experience: 9+ years in Change Management, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, and CRM solutions.
• Core Skills: Impact Assessment, Risk Mitigation, User Adoption Strategies, Stakeholder Engagement, and Agile methodologies.
• Salesforce Expertise: Certified Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst with hands‑on experience in workflows, approvals, dashboards, and data migration.
• Process Excellence: Skilled in process mapping, re‑engineering, workflow optimization, and requirements gathering for large‑scale transformation projects.
• Quality Assurance: Strong experience in functional, integration, and automation testing using tools like Provar, Selenium, and UI Path.
• Project Management: Adept at managing change requests, prioritizing backlogs, and coordinating cross‑functional teams for successful delivery.
• Technical Tools: Proficient in JIRA, Postman, Data Loader, Informatica, SQL, and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Change Management, Business Analysis, QA and CRM solutions.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator with proven experience in Salesforce customization and data migration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a detail orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Postman, Data Loader, Informatica, SQL and Snowflake.
• Knowledge of telecom, networking, partner program, and enterprise change management domains.

Compensation

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000, depending on location, skills and experience.
