Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks an Account Executive, Business Sales to drive growth in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale territory. You will prospect, build relationships with SMBs, and exceed monthly sales targets by generating leads and closing deals.

You will tailor wireless solutions, negotiate terms, and grow a loyal customer base. This is a field, face-to-face role requiring residency in the territory and strong sales execution.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
• Outside B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value with solution-based selling.
• Negotiate and close deals.
