Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive, Business Sales to drive new business in the Miami/Ft Lauderdale territory. This hunter role focuses on building relationships and closing deals with small and mid-sized businesses, leveraging T-Mobile's products and services.

You will generate leads, prospect, and meet monthly targets through in-person meetings and presentations, with a competitive total rewards package including base salary, incentives, and stock opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
• Outside B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value with wireless solutions, including plans, data services, devices, and accessories.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with leadership.
• Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
• Utilize sales force automation, manage the sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts.
• Maintain and grow the customer base within a territory model.
