Job summary

enCircle in Richmond, VA is seeking a Bilingual Licensing and Home Study Specialist to manage foster home licensing and training for unaccompanied immigrant children. The role supports the Transitional Foster Care program and collaborates with the Recruiting Specialist for Foster Care.

You will conduct home studies, ensure compliance with ORR policies and Virginia licensing standards, and deliver trauma-informed training while maintaining accurate, confidential case documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in case management with children and families preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Accompany prospective foster families through licensure process and paperwork.
• Coordinate with ORR Transitional Foster Care program and licensing requirements.
• Conduct home visits for initial licensure and renewals.
• Deliver training and ensure accurate, confidential record keeping.
