Job summary

This part-time role with hybrid work requires a Bachelor's in a human service field and at least two years of case management experience. The Home Study Specialist will document communications in the CRM, coordinate visits within 30 days, conduct home assessments, and maintain compliant records while ensuring child safety and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of case management experience.
• Experience with home study development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the CRM to document calls, emails, and tasks for potential foster families.
• Contact with families within 24 hours of assignment; plan and schedule 3 visits; all visits within 30 days.
• Conduct thorough assessments and inspections of potential homes.
• Communicates orally and in writing with Lead and Director regarding concerns.
• Adhere to company driving guidelines to ensure child safety.
• Attend weekly and department meetings as required; report ethical or legal violations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
