Qualifications

• High school diploma supplemented with additional training and related work experience or an equivalent combination providing required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Responsabilités

• Conducts interviews to determine eligibility for assistance and re-determines continuing eligibility.
• Explains temporary assistance programs and determines reasons and need for assistance.
• Processes applications for financial assistance, diversion, and explains client responsibilities, rights and program availability.
• Evaluates data for consistency and completeness and substantiates accuracy.
• Computes assistance plans and determines need/amount of allowances for special items.
• Evaluates education, work experience, and levels of social functioning; assesses employability and potential income sources.
