Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interviews applicants for assistance and re-determines continuing eligibility.
• Explains benefit programs and determines need for assistance.
• Processes applications and determines eligibility for benefits using automated systems.
• Monitors changes in recipient circumstances and updates benefit levels.
• Produces reports and maintains client records and referrals to services.
