Qualifications

• Familiarity with Internet, word processing and email systems.
• Ability to complete accurate and detailed documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform admission and intake screenings.
• Meet with clients weekly to ensure goals are met and determine areas for additional resources.
• Assess the outcome of treatment planning and document accordingly.
• Educate individuals and groups regarding alcohol and drug abuse, harm reduction, mental illness and available resources.
• Assist in coordinating referrals for aftercare and facilitating participation in aftercare planning.
