Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead an assigned portfolio within the Child and Family Division in Western Massachusetts.

You will oversee program operations, ensure service quality, manage budgets with finance partners, and maintain regulatory compliance while fostering growth and community relationships. The role requires advanced degree in a relevant field with substantial leadership experience and a commitment to equity and culturally responsive practice;

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, public administration, business admin, healthcare admin or related field (preferred).
• At least five years of experience in behavioral health, human services or child and family services or related field.
• At least three years of management experience including supervising managers or program leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational and administrative leadership for an assigned portfolio of programs within the Child and Family Division.
• Accountable for consistent program operations, service quality, workforce performance, fiscal stewardship, regulatory and contractual compliance, growth and development, and community relationships.
• Leads and coaches assigned leaders; may supervise one or more programs.
• Sets strategic and operational goals, aligns with division priorities, and defines success measures.
• Monitors progress and ensures goals are achieved via oversight or accountability structures.
