Job summary

Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance and using evidence-based techniques to develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate and team oriented.
• Must be 18+ years old; HS diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certs and TB test within last year.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• RBT certification from BACB is required or obtained prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Participate in comprehensive training and team environment.
