Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

No experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. The role involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional flexible positions; you will contribute to meaningful

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Able to work in a team and be patient.
• 18+ years old.
• Requires CPR, First Aid certification and TB test.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Able to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Support BCBA under supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
