Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with clients, applying individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA and using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Cares for children with autism with patience and empathy.
• Able to work in a team with a BCBA supervision.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Must be 18+ and have HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication and daily living skills.
• Assist BCBA in delivering individualized interventions and reducing interfering behaviours.
