Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and help reduce challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and support so you can grow in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience or passion for helping children with autism.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• 18+ years old and a High school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist BCBA in implementing individualized behavior plans.
• Provide one-on-one sessions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
• Ensure safety and comfort for children during activities.
