Centria Autism is seeking Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

No prior experience required—we provide comprehensive training. You should be patient, compassionate, able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Able to work well in a team and be patient and compassionate.
• 18+ years old and holds a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid cert and TB test within requirements.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors with evidence-based techniques.
• Participate in ongoing training and onboarding.
