Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this role you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test required or able to obtain.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Contribute to a safe, supportive and structured learning environment.
• Follow program plans and document progress as part of the team.
