Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children to implement individualized intervention plans under a BCBA.

The role focuses on teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques. We provide comprehensive training; you will gain experience in a supportive team while helping children reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Patient and compassionate with children on the autism spectrum.
• Willingness to learn and follow BCBA-guided plans.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors under BCBA supervision.
