Cross Country Education is seeking a local contract Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for a 41-week assignment in Frederick, Maryland. The role involves conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, analyzing data, and providing direct behavioral support to students, while collaborating with educators and families to support IEP goals.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and active BCBA certification, with experience in K–12 settings.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA Certification through BACB.
• Experience with FBAs, BIPs and ABA principles.
• K–12 school-based experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FBAs, analyze behavioral data, and develop, implement, and monitor BIPs.
• Provide direct behavioral support and consultation to students with diverse needs.
• Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families to support IEP goals.
• Train and coach staff on behavior management, crisis prevention, and de-escalation.
